How it works...
Mention me. Is someone you know thinking about buying or selling a home? They might be a family member, a friend, a colleague or just an acquaintance... If so, let them know about me and my Real Estate services then submit the form at the bottom of this page and you’re done. It’s that simple!
Introduction. Choosing a Real Estate Agent is an important decision. Your family member or friend will be working closely with me and they’ll want to feel confident that their best interests and needs will be fully met. I’ll meet with them first to present my services and also discuss their Real Estate goals.
Working together. When your family member or friend decides to work with me, they can expect good old-fashioned hard work and genuine care and compassion every step of the way. When the work is done and their home purchase or sale is “complete”, the REBucks referral payment requirement is fulfilled.
Success and Appreciation. Within days of the successful “completion”, a reward cheque will be made available to you by HomeLife Benchmark Realty Corp. (“completion date” is the date the property is transferred, and then the money for the purchase is transferred from the buyer to the seller).
In addition to you receiving a reward, your family member or friend will receive a letter from Canuck Place Children’s Hospice letting them know that a donation was received as a result of the purchase or sale of their home.

If the sale price in less than $500,000, a referral reward equivalent to 0.2% of the final sale price will be given. Example: Sale price of $250,000 earns a referral reward of $500.
